Ingredients:
- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust based on the sweetness of the mangoes)
- 1 cup plain yogurt or coconut milk (optional to add creaminess)
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime (optional, to enhance the flavor)
- popsicle sticks
Instructions:
Peel and chop the ripe mangoes. Make sure you remove the pit and get as much pulp as possible.
Blend the mangoes:
In a blender, blend the chopped mangoes until you obtain a smooth puree. If you prefer, you can leave some pieces to give texture to the popsicles.
