For the cake base, mix the ingredients together and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Cut the top layer off the baked base and crumble it.
Beat the cream with cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in the cappuccino. Put the topping on the base, sprinkle the crumbs on top and dust with icing sugar.
