A Step-by-Step Guide to Making Liquid Soap
The following chemicals are utilized in the manufacturing process of liquid soap:
Nitrophonic acid, Texapon, soda ash, and number four on the list
Listerine 5. Caustic Soda 6.
8. COLOR 7. STPP
7. Fragrances
Using a foam booster is not mandatory.
Fill your large plastic basin with 8 liters of water.
While the SLS is still dissolving, combine 2 liters of water in a separate bowl and soak it (if it is grain type).
Slowly pour 8 liters of water over the TEXAPON, stirring constantly for 30 seconds.
Add the TEXAPON to the 4 liters of water that has been dissolved in the Nitrosol; stir violently for 30 seconds. After adding the two, agitate the mixture for another 30 seconds to ensure a smooth mixture.
Verify that the SLS has dissolved, and then add it to the main mixture; stir for 30 seconds more.
