2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (20 g)
Vegetable oil
Recipe Continuation:Cook rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, finely dice the zucchini, onion and peppers.
In a bowl, beat the egg and add a pinch of salt. Stir in chopped vegetables.
Add the cooked rice and flour. Mix until you get a homogeneous dough.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.
