Just add a tablespoon of coarse salt to each wash and you will have help with the laundry. It also brightens the colors of your clothes. It is then used as a pretreatment to combat the most stubborn stains.

The salt will help remove the stain while the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide will whiten, so it is best to use this paste on white clothes. On colored stains, simply sprinkle the stain with sweat and massage. Then let it sit and scrub it with a brush.
