Prepare the Sausages: Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and fry until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove the sausages from the pan and set aside.
Make the Onion Sauce: In the same pan, add the chopped onions. Fry them until soft and golden. Add the tomato paste, paprika powder and garlic powder. Cook for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.
Thicken the Sauce: Sprinkle the flour and water paste over the onions and mix well. Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring continuously to avoid lumps forming. Allow the mixture to simmer and thicken slightly.
Season: Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to your preference. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little more broth or water to reach the desired consistency.
Combine and Serve: Return the sausages to the pan, coating them with the onion sauce. Let everything heat up for a few minutes.
Serve: Once the sausages are hot and coated in the delicious onion sauce, they are ready to be served. This dish pairs wonderfully with mashed potatoes, rice or your favorite side vegetables.
