Lemon cake with crème fraiche

Add the oil and cream, then the lemon zest and juice.
STEP 3
Finally stir in the flour, baking powder and almond powder.
STEP 4
Grease a loaf tin and pour the batter into it.
STEP 5
Bake in the oven preheated to 180° for about 40 minutes, watch the cooking according to your oven.
STEP 6
Allow to cool completely before unmolding.
Very simple, and fast.
