1-1/2 pounds thin-cut boneless pork chops
1-ounce packet of Lipton French Onion dip mix
12 ounces sour cream
6 ounces crispy fried onions
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and Lipton French Onion dip mix. Mix until well blended.
3. Place the thin-cut pork chops in a casserole dish side by side. (You can also spread some of the sour cream on the bottom of casserole dish as well so both sides of pork are coated.)
4. Spread the sour cream and french onion dip mixture evenly over the pork chops. We liked to put dollops of the cream mixture on each pork chop so everything would be well coated.
5. Sprinkle the fried onions on top of the mixture, covering the pork chops completely.
