No Dough Quiche with Salmon Broccoli

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets and then steam it for 15 minutes.

Cut the salmon into strips and diced the kiri portions.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cottage cheese.

Add the flour, salt, pepper and thyme and mix.
Then add the salmon, diced Kiri and broccoli pieces and mix.

Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
