Strawberry, pistachio and shortbread tartare
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons pistachios
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
300 g 20%
cottage cheese 3 tablespoons 15%
crème fraiche 400 g strawberries
Preparation:
STEP 1
Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut them into small pieces.

Add the pistachios and brown sugar. Mix well.
