Chicken stripes: how to make them crispy on the outside and tender on the inside!

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
Cut the chicken into strips. Toss with egg yolk, garlic, spice blend, salt and cornstarch.
Beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff. Pour the oil into a frying pan.
Dip the chicken in the egg whites. Grill. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
