How to Make Homemade Chimichurri in 4 Easy Steps

1- To start, wash the parsley well and dry it with paper towels.

Before moving on to step 2, you have to choose between doing all this finely chopped, or preferring to do it in a mortar.

2- Chop the parsley and garlic very finely and put them in a container, preferably in a jar. That’s when we season it, add the paprika, oregano, ground chilli, salt and pepper.

3- Add the tablespoon. of lemon juice and mix all these ingredients well. Little by little, pour in the oil while stirring.

4- Finally, add the vinegar and make sure that everything is well mixed.

And that’s it, we’d have our homemade chimichurri! I recommend that you always store it in the lower part of the fridge, where it won’t get too cold. Also, make sure it’s well covered every time we use it.
