Puffed brioche

Mix water and warm milk. Then add the sugar, oil, salt and egg whites. Add the crumbled yeast and then gradually add the flour. Form into a homogeneous dough and let it rise until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough and fold it out, adding the butter.

Then form into strips and make the buns.
Brush the egg yolks and add the chocolate chips.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes
