1/2 cup whole
milk For the strawberry reduction:
1 cup fresh strawberries, shelled and chopped
1/4 cup granulated
sugar For the frosting:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered
sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh strawberry reduction (from above)
