In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk and cream until the mixture is smooth.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly.
until it begins to thicken and pull away from the bottom of the pan.
The consistency should be that of soft caramel.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, add the chocolate
grated black or in pieces, and mix gently with a fork to obtain a marbled effect.
