Cobb salad with the best dressing

Salad can be rinsed and dried beforehand (a salad spinner works best) and then stored in the refrigerator until needed.
Avocados should be sliced just before serving as they tend to discolor when exposed to air.
Chicken breasts can be pre-cooked and refrigerated (or use meat from a store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time).
The bacon can be browned beforehand. Drain on paper towels and refrigerate until needed.
Eggs can be prepared several days in advance. Hard-boil eggs and store in the refrigerator until needed.
This Chicken Cobb Salad is easy to make but definitely looks great when served. Everything is just right in this salad! This homemade version beats the Chick Fil a Cobb Salad and the Cheesecake Factory Salad.
