Strawberry Cheesecake

Put the gelatin in hot water, in a small container, then melt it in a double boiler, over a small pot of simmering water.

Let cool for 5 minutes.

Whisk the cream cheese and condensed milk until light. Beat the cream separately until small peaks form on the surface.

Stir the dissolved gelatin into the beaten cream cheese, before adding the cream and melted white chocolate
