Cream:
Put the milk cream, the sweet condensed milk and the powdered passion fruit juice in a blend.
Mix well for about 5 minutes until a soft, homogeneous cream is obtained.
Take a glass bowl, pour the mixture and distribute it evenly.
and ganache:
Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl and melt it in a water bath
or in the microwave (to avoid burning, stop every 30 seconds).
Add the milk cream and mix well until you get a shiny cream.
Cover the chocolate ganache dessert and place it
in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that it is thickened.
As soon as the time has elapsed, take it out of the refrigerator, serve it freshly and savour your guaranteed dessert.
