This classic cherry delight is so easy to make and never fails to impress. It assembles in just a few minutes and is made up of three single sofas. If you want a dessert that’s not too sweet but delicious, this is the one!
INGREDIENTS
crust
7 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 9 whole crackers)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
FILLING
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered
sugar 1 teaspoon pure
vanilla extract 1 Cool Whip container, 8 times
1 box cherry pie filling, 21 ounces
How to Make a Classic Cherry
Delight Add the butter to a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Add the graham cracker crumbs and sugar and mix well. Pat the breadcrumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a sprayed 8 x 8 baking dish. Set aside.
