Lasagna with smoked salmon and leek fondue

In a rectangular dish, place a layer of béchamel.

Then arrange a few sheets of lasagna.

Add half of the leek fondue to smoked salmon and a layer of béchamel.

Repeat the process once.

Finish with a layer of lasagna sheet and pour in the remaining béchamel.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Gruyere cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.
