Lemon madeleines

For about 30 small madeleines:

120 g butter
1 lemon
200 g flour
1/2 packet baking powder
3 eggs
150 g sugar
3 tbsp milk

Preparation:

Melt the butter and let it cool.

Finely grate the zest of the lemon. Squeeze it out the juice.

Sift the flour with the baking powder.
