– 500 g of milk
– 4 eggs
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 120g of sugar

For the biscuit: 🍪
– 3 eggs
– 90 g of sugar
– 90 g of flour
– Liquid
caramel ☕☕☕☕☕
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Melt 125 g of caster sugar and pour the caramel into the mould
