6 seasoned pork sausages (chicken or beef also work)
2 sheets of puff pastry, defrosted
½ cup fruit relish (e.g., blood orange and chili)
Water
Optional: Egg wash
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove sausage casings if present.
3. Roll out puff pastry on floured surface.
4. Spread relish evenly on pastry sheets.
