CORN CAKE IN BLENDER

  1. Place all the ingredients except the yeast in a blender, beat everything very well, add the yeast and mix manually with a spatula until all the yeast is dissolved (mixer turned off).
  2. Grease a baking sheet with butter and corn flour and pour the mixture into it.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.
