  1. In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar and cook on a low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the butter and vanilla extract and cook over medium heat until it turns yellow and thicker.
  2. Transfer it to the bowl, sieve the cocoa powder, mix it and add the cocoa powder again.
  3. Cover with plastic foil and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and cut into pieces.
