Peel the peppers: Preparing the peppers
Peeled peppers can be used in different ways in cooking: raw they go well in salads, cooked or roasted they can be pureed very well and made into pesto or soup. Plus, pickled peppers are also delicious.
It is best to use organic quality peppers. In summer you can get them locally or grow them yourself. No matter what method you want to use to peel peppers, you first prepare them in the following way:
Wash or clean the peppers .
Remove the seeds.
Cut the peppers into quarters or thirds.
Depending on what you want to use the peeled peppers for, you can now use one of the following four methods to peel them.
