This drink is ideal for cooling off both during the summer heat and on cool days. It has a bright taste, rich aroma and its preparation will not cause difficulties.
First, rinse the tarragon leaves thoroughly. Cut the lemon into round slices.
Place the tarragon and lemon slices in prepared, sterile jars: for one jar you will need half a bunch of herbs and three lemon slices (for a total of four two-liter jars). If desired, the lemon can be replaced with citric acid.

Add 80 grams of sugar to each pot.
