PISTACHIOS CAKE
INGREDIENTS :
1 cup AP flour
4 large eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
A pinch of salt
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted finely grounded pistachios
Creamy Milk Syrup:
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS :
● Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
