The grass that our summer residents confuse with a weed: who knows, don’t throw it away

Many people mistakenly think that purslane is a simple weed, because it is known to be unpretentious. It roots easily in any type of soil and in any weather. This is why 99% of our vegetable gardens are invaded by this plant, and each season we get rid of it by pulling it up and throwing it in bags.

However, in Central Asia, purslane is grown specifically for use in restaurants and restaurants. In many countries, this plant is considered a delicacy, but few people know about its edible properties, like parsley or dill.
