You can stretch narrow sandals with a simple newspaper. Simply soak a few leaves in water or alcohol and form balls. Insert them into the area you want to stretch and wait all night.
Ice makes it easier to stretch shoes or sandals. The principle is based on taking advantage of moisture to break down the material. To do this, fill a freezer bag with water and seal it tightly before placing it in the sandal. However, first you have to put the shoe in the freezer to freeze the water and expand the material.

The easiest method is to wear 2 thick socks inside your shoe or sandal. Wear them at home for 30 minutes a day for several days. This will allow the inside of the shoe to adapt to your feet.
Finally, you can try stretching your sandals or shoes with the hot air from a hair dryer. Simply turn it on and blow for 15 minutes. Be careful not to burn yourself.
