Apple tart

Three hundred grammes (two half cups) flour
Two tsp of salt
One tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Ten grammes of baking powder powder

For the caramel:
One half cup, or one hundred grammes of sugar
three teaspoons of water
 readiness
Put the sugar and water in the pan; let it caramelize over medium heat; then coat the apples with the ready caramel.
Cook the butter for six minutes over medium heat in another pan; mix with honey, buttermilk, eggs, sugar and vanilla essence; add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg and salt. Over apples and caramel pour.Thirdly Bake one hour at 170°C (340°F). Cool for fifteen minutes; then, serve.
