Mix a teaspoon of tea tree oil with a cup of water in a spray bottle and shake vigorously to mix the water with the oil. Then, spray on the moldy surface, let it dry for an hour and finally wipe with a microfiber cloth or dry towel. Lemon: This antiseptic, which also acts as a natural deodorant, bleach, stain remover, and cleaner, is an effective way to fight black mold. Its high acid concentration decomposes mold and therefore facilitates its elimination by disinfecting the surface and leaving a pleasant lemon aroma.
Squeeze three to five lemons into a cup, pour the juice over the moldy surface and let it rest for five minutes. Then, clean it with a damp cloth. If the mold stains are stubborn, rub the surface with lemons to remove them.
