Anti-cancer cocktail Beets are a source of valuable antioxidants that prevent the aging processes of the body and have anti-cancer properties. Research conducted by Polish scientists from the Warsaw University of Natural Sciences (SGGW) showed that drinking pickled beet juice reduces the risk of diseases such as stomach cancer.
Recipe for beet ferment Ingredients:
1 kg of beets, 1.5 liters of warm boiled water, 1 tablespoon of salt, half a bulb of garlic, 25 black peppercorns, 8 allspice grains, 6 bay leaves. Instructions:

Cut the beetroot into slices, then place it in a jar and add the remaining spices. Cover everything with warm water up to the brim, close tightly and let it sit for 10-14 days in a dark, cool place. After this time, strain the drink and pour it into smaller glasses or bottles – the drink is ready to drink. Store the ferment in the refrigerator.
