3 ripe bananas (with spots)
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups milk (or plant-based alternative)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add the milk, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix well.
Stir in the oats and nuts until everything is evenly combined.
