Baked Pasta with Broccoli and Chicken

List of items needed to make a recipe.

8 ounces of pasta, which is approximately 2 cups. Penne or rotini pasta are good options.

2 cups of cooked chicken, torn into small pieces.

2 cups of broccoli pieces (fresh or frozen)

1 cup of thick cream

1 cup of chicken broth

1 cup of grated cheddar cheese (and more for sprinkling on top)

1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon of mixed herbs commonly used in Italian cuisine.

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (if desired)

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for decoration)
