Foul with Eggs

1- Put the beans in a bowl and mash them a little.
2- Put the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions and stir until wilted.
3- Add the garlic and bell pepper. Stir for a minute, then add the beans. Stir the ingredients until combined.
4- Add the cumin, salt and black pepper. Stir the ingredients well until they are combined with the spices.
5- Turn off the heat. Add tomatoes and lemon juice.
6- Preheat oven to 200°C.
7- Place the mixture in a baking tray. Make two holes in the mixture and crack an egg into each hole.
8- Place the tray in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
9- Remove the tray from the oven. Decorate the top with chopped parsley
