4 10-minute-to-day exercises that turn your body into 4 weeks

If you don’t have much time to devote to the gym but you still don’t want to give up keeping up, know that there is a perfect routine that will help you turn your body into 4 weeks and that you can do at home.

The exercises that we suggest below are among the most appreciated and effective to transform the whole body, from arms to legs, in the shortest possible time and without using special equipment. It is important, of course, to do physical activity with constancy and discipline.

The ideal is to devote 3 minutes a day to each exercise, with a rest of 15 seconds between exercises. You can also increase the duration of the exercises as your physical condition improves.
1. Plank

This isometric exercise is very effective for training and toning the abdomen, but it involves many different muscle groups, and is very complete.

It is important to maintain the correct position: lie down on a flat surface by placing the weight of the body on the forearms and foot tips. Keep your body straight as you contract your abdominal muscles.

Do not arch your back and do not strain the lumbar area. If you feel pain, stop immediately.
2. Bending

An exercise as well as well as effective. It starts from the same position as the plank, but with the arms straight.
