Get the ingredients ready.
Cut 30 grams of green onions and 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley into small pieces. Put aside.
Cut or mince 500 grams of chicken breast into small pieces. Put it in a big mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients.
Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 large eggs to the bowl with the chicken. Stir thoroughly to mix.
Put the chopped green onions, parsley, and 80 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix everything.
Mix together the dry ingredients and seasonings.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, and salt and pepper to your liking. Add half a teaspoon of garlic powder and half a teaspoon of paprika.
Mix all the ingredients together well. The blend should be a little sticky but able to stay in one piece.
Make the burger patties.
With your hands or a spoon, take some of the mixture and form it into round patties, around 2-3 inches wide.
Cook the burgers in a pan.
Warm up oil in a big frying pan on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, put the patties in.
Cook the patties in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Avoid putting too much food in the pan; cook smaller amounts at a time if needed.
