1 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
