Garlic Sausage Alfredo Rigatoni

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned and crumbly.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Reduce heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
Stir in the cooked rigatoni and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and the cheese has melted.
Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped fresh basil
