1/2 cup of rice (white or brown)
2 cups of water
Instructions:
Rinse the Rice: Start by rinsing the rice thoroughly to remove any impurities or excess starch.
Soak the Rice: Place the rinsed rice in a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Let it soak for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Strain the Rice: After soaking, strain the rice, collecting the water in a clean bowl. This water is your rice water, which will be used for the face pack.
Make the Paste: You can also grind the soaked rice into a fine paste for an additional exfoliating effect.
