3-4 fresh apricots (or dried if out of season)
2 tablespoons of honey
1 liter of water
Instructions:

Prepare the Apricots:
If using fresh apricots, wash them thoroughly, cut them in half, and remove the pits. For a smoother texture and to maximize the health benefits, you can peel the apricots, though it’s not necessary.
If using dried apricots, ensure they are unsulfured and soak them overnight in water to soften.
Blend the Ingredients:

Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
Mix and Chill:
