Recipe Instructions: 1. Get the ingredients ready.
Begin by washing the dried figs, dates, and apricots well. This eliminates any dust or leftover particles on the dried fruits.
2. Put the fruits in water.
Put the dried fruits in a big bowl and add enough water to cover them completely. Allow them to sit in the liquid for approximately 2 hours. This helps the fruits absorb water and become easier to mix.
3. Heat the mixture until it bubbles.
After letting them sit in water, move the fruits and the water into a pot. Add one more liter of water and heat the mixture until it boils. Lower the temperature and allow it to cook gently for around 30 minutes. This process helps to remove the good substances from the dried fruits and transfer them into the water.
4. Mix and blend.
Let the mixture cool until it reaches room temperature. After it cools down, mix the ingredients until you have a smooth and even liquid. This makes sure that all the nutrients are spread out evenly.
5. Filter and Keep.
Use a small strainer to filter the blended mixture and get rid of any solid pieces. Put the filtered liquid into a clean container or glass jar and keep it in the fridge. It can be kept for seven days.
