Chicken , Zucchini, and Fresh Corn Burgers

Pulse the coarsely chopped zucchini in a food processor until finely minced. Transfer the minced zucchini to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced zucchini, fresh corn kernels, finely diced red bell pepper, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Use your hands or a spoon to mix the ingredients until well combined.

Divide the chicken mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the grill grates or pan with cooking spray.
