Boost your Circulatory System with a Turmeric and Ginger Drink

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder (or 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, grated)
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, grated
2 cups of water
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the Water
Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.

2. Add Turmeric and Ginger
Once the water is boiling, add the grated ginger and turmeric (or turmeric powder). Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. This allows the beneficial compounds to infuse into the water.

3. Strain the Drink
After simmering, remove the pot from heat and strain the drink into a cup to remove the ginger and turmeric solids.
