Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and flour a 9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, puree ripe bananas and pumpkin until smooth.
Add the eggs to the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and beat until well combined.
Mix the butter and vanilla extract until it becomes a smooth dough. Stir in chopped nuts, chocolate
chips or dried fruit of your preference.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes
out clean.
