Amish Cinnamon Bread

Divide the batter in half and press into the bottom of each loaf pan.
On top of the batter in each pan, evenly distribute half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
After layering the cinnamon sugar in each pan, pour the remaining batter on top.
Toss the batter with the cinnamon-sugar mixture using a knife.
Bread Baking:

The loaf is done when a toothpick put in the middle comes out clean after 45 to 55 minutes in a preheated oven.
Take the bread out of the pans and let it cool for 10 minutes; then, place it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
