Place the rolled-up crescents on the prepared baking sheet or dish.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the roll-ups.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and poppy seeds or sesame seeds if desired.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
