Get a big pot of water boiling. Toss in some salt and the macaroni. Cook it until it’s tender but still has a bit of bite to it.
Once it’s done, drain the water and pop the macaroni back in the pot.
Now, toss in the butter and give it a good stir until it’s all melty. Put it aside for a sec.
Grab a big bowl and mix together the evaporated milk, regular milk, eggs, and garlic salt until it’s all nice and smooth.
In another bowl, mix up all the cheeses.
