Cheesecake Filling:

3 packages of cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups fresh raspberries (extra for topping)
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chocolate Ganache:

½ cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Topping:

Fresh raspberries
Optional: Powdered sugar
